You may have seen the Honda sponsored documentaries on Channel 4 recently and if so, you may well remember a lady called Philippa. She featured on one of the channel's mini documentaries, using her Honda ATV to new and unusual purposes. What has that got to do with a website about animals? You may well ask - but what Philippa does is use her vehicle to support her herd of alpacas.
To Philippa this is nothing out of the ordinary - a solution to a problem that seemed obvious. To the rest of us it might, however, seem a little unusual. You can see Philippa, pictured above on her Honda ATV. What you cannot see, however, is her herd of alpacas. She uses her Honda ATV to ferry food to the animals - in fact anything which they might need which she cannot carry across the fields is transported using this vehicle. Rget do say that necessity is the mother of invention, after all! Take a look at the video below.
W+K are the minds behind this campaign and they are looking for people who use their Honda vehicles in new and unsual ways - if you are reading this then that could well be you! They have set up an amazing online hub with lots of examples and, who knows, the next person featured there could well be you! You do not have to have a host of exotic beasties to qualify - just use your Honda in a way which could be considered a little unusual.
So, over at the hub you have Nigel who uses his Honda Transalp to track the competitors in cycle races. Back on the subject of animals, however, a sheep farmer called Adrian is also featured at the hub The subject of his particular mini documentary was the was in which he put his Honda generator to use. He uses it to check if his sheep are pregnant - which is, let's face it, an unusual way to use a generator!
No story is too off the farside for these documentaries so if you use a Honda in a different way, why not get over to the hub and let the world know about it. Think about it and give it a go! After all, in a few short months it could be you on the TV! Sponsored Post
